Obviously, not everyone can be approved through a standard vetting process.

Nevertheless, if you have a Tenant who, after vetting by TenantVERIFY®, requires a Guarantor then we will credit check that Guarantor FREE OF CHARGE (normally within 12-hours).

Provided we can approve them, we will e-mail you confirming this and you can then set up your Tenant Guarantee as normal.

In such cases, please download the 'Third Party Guarantor' form below. This is an 'Interactive' form and you can type your details straight in to it, and then print. Please ask the Guarantor to complete the 2nd page in a similiar way. Once completed they should print it out, sign it, have it witnessed, and then to post it to you. Once you have received it, please fax it to us on 08450-945648, or scan and e-mail it to us at info@tenantguarantee.com.
